Safety is an operating standard, not a disclaimer
Risk offices ask the same questions of every provider, and most providers answer them with a waiver. We would rather answer them with documents.
Because we are the in-country operator rather than a broker, the people responsible for these protocols are our own staff. There is no subcontractor in between whose standards we have to take on faith — and no one else to point at when something goes wrong.

What is in place on every program

Emergency response protocol
A written, program-specific plan naming the responder, the receiving facility and the escalation chain for every location on the itinerary.
Shared with your risk office before deposits are collected.

Medical access
Pre-identified clinics and hospitals for each region, with travel times mapped from every overnight location and a standing relationship at the primary Accra facility.
Includes pre-departure health guidance and vaccination requirements.

Vetted ground transport
Named drivers and inspected vehicles retained for the full program. No day-of subcontracting, no vehicle a member of our staff has not ridden in.
Driver hours are capped and long transfers are scheduled in daylight.

Insurance and documentation
Verification that every traveller carries qualifying coverage, with documentation collected and checked before departure rather than at the airport.
We supply certificate templates your office can standardise on.

24/7 in-country team
Ghanaian staff assigned to the cohort for its full duration, reachable at any hour, physically present rather than on call from another city.
Staffing ratios scale with cohort size and itinerary complexity.

Incident reporting
Every incident, including near misses, is logged and reported to the institution in writing. Reports go out whether or not you ask for them.
Quarterly summaries available for institutional review.
