The Ambassador Network

What is expected of you, and what you get in return — both sides, on one page.

Become an AmbassadorSee the Playbook

What this is

A network of people who already have the trust

Pastors, chapter presidents, alumni association heads, teachers, organisers. People whose community would get on a plane on their word — and who understand that this is exactly why the word has to be accurate.

It is not an affiliate scheme with a referral link. Ambassadors travel with their groups, and the relationship runs for years rather than for one departure.

Both sides

What we ask, and what we give

What we ask

Represent honestly

Describe the trip as it is. Overselling costs you standing with your own community, which is the only asset this role runs on.

Lead the recruitment

You run the information sessions and the follow-up. We supply the materials, the pricing and a person on the call if you want one.

Stay reachable

Your travelers will ask you things before they ask us. A reply within a day or two keeps a group from quietly losing confidence.

Travel with your group

Ambassador benefits assume you are on the trip. Your presence is a large part of why people signed up in the first place.

What you get

Commission on every booking

Paid on each traveler who books through your group, tracked in your ambassador portal and paid out on a fixed schedule.

Discounted or complimentary travel

Your own trip cost drops as the group grows, reaching complimentary at the upper tiers.

A named contact

One person at Nkabom who knows your group, your dates and your numbers — not a shared inbox.

The full recruitment kit

Slide decks, itineraries, pricing sheets, email templates and social assets, all kept current so you are never presenting stale numbers.

Portal access

Live view of who has booked, who has paid, and what your commission stands at.

Network invitations

Ambassador retreats and events, plus first look at new departures before they are announced publicly.

If you teach

Faculty have a different route in.

If you are bringing students rather than a community group, the institutional path gives you credit-bearing structure, a faculty familiarization trip, and a partnership agreement with your school.

Ready to bring your people

Apply, and we will set up a call to talk through your community, your timing, and whether a group trip is realistic for the year you have in mind.
